I ordered a new phone, not realising that the company I'm getting the phone from, uses DPD as a delivery service. As soon as I saw it was DPD, I knew there'd be problems. I would have paid for them to use another courier, or even picked it up somewhere, rather than use DPD. Sure enough, my parcel is missing. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the driver didn't bother to come to the house. The app just says "delayed" and "held at depot" - well it's no good there, is it?! The app is useless in giving further information. The call centre in India, cuts off all the time and you already know that they're not really going to care about what happens to my parcel in the UK. I don't blame them. Anyway, the guy said that he'd call the depot and ask them to call me when it's due to be delivered. God knows when that will be. What an absolutely garbage service. I actively go out of my way to avoid using them. I'd rather fetch it myself. Crap.ms driver Mohamed no come to delivery me parcel
Garbage.

Parcels thrown over perimeter fence despite driver being asked not to deliver owing to site closure
Re. Nottingham DPD Depot, Blenheim Drive, Bulwell We are a NHS Distribution Centre in Somercotes DE55 4QJ and we are not open on Saturday or Sunday. However, on Saturday 20th January one of your drivers arrived but was told by our security operative that we are unable to accept deliveries on weekends. He then just threw the parcels over the fence perimeter and drove off (see attached picture).
Numerous 'attempts' yet the didnt even get out the car
I am really not happy with the standard of DPD recently. Your driver sent a picture taken from my car park at my retirement living scheme and did not even get out of his car. The second attempt again was not attempted at all. I was in and short of standing in the car park all day waiting for your driver who seems to be unwilling to delivery the parcel I don't know what to do. I tried calling the office and customer service and cannot speak to a person. I really am disappointed with the way this once good company has gone downhill.
Customer Service?
What happened to "Two attempts?" And what is this nonsense about saving the planet? I had to go out and I guess my nominated neighbour must also have gone out. Now I have a ticket telling me the parcel is in a Co-op store some miles away. No second attempt and a lot more carbon. Then when I try to telephone, I press "0" to be connected to a person it doesn't. 150 parcels in three months, all OK, but not happy with this one.
Missed delivery utter rubbish
Rubbish. Missed agreed delivery slot and Nottingham chat doesn't answer your queries it just comes back saying your parcel is at the depot.
Trying to get delivery
Absolutely useless been given lots of information about delivery and still cant be bothered to turn up
