I have been involved in the grooming industry since 1986. I started working with dogs at the Blue Cross Welfare Trust where I first learnt about dog behaviour, and then trained in Kings Lynn where I received my Dog Grooming Certificate. I finished off my training at Vardaloo Pet Hotel, Elstree where I became manageress for several years. I also received my Kennel Management Diploma, then started my own business in 1994.
